Annu Gupta (IN)

Annu Gupta is an Indian printmaker living in New Delhi. Gupta works mostly with intaglio printing techniques. In her prints, she presents different urban spaces. In these spatial constructs, Gupta uses patterns and architectural elements to create depth and volume. The image seems to resemble a collage, where earth tones and elements from nature frame the cut and paste structures, resulting in a carefully studied and highly decorative composition.
