Jarosław Lisicki (PL)

Jarosław Lisicki is a painter from Poland, currently living in Kracow. His drawings represent humans in different situations and social contexts. Lisicki employs ink and soap on paper, which creates  exciting and unique shades which highlights the yellow tone of the paper. The contrast between the sharp ink and softness of the paper’s colour gives the drawings volume and dimension. The drawings are almost frightening and create a feeling of eerie stillness.
